Here is simple process to stop your ICICI Mutual Fund SIP investment. As per my experience it’s very easy process, but people don’t know process. I am spending only 5 minute for filling this Form. You also do this.

1. Notice of  Cancellation should be received 30 day prior to the subsequent SIP Date.
2. Please fill form carefully, incomplete in any respect are liable to rejected.
